  Founded in 1866, ̩��Ʊ is a teaching-centered research university based on the American liberal arts model of higher education. ̩��Ʊhas over 8,000 students and 800 faculty members. The University encourages freedom of thought and expression and seeks to graduate men and women committed to creative and critical thinking, lifelong learning, personal integrity, civic responsibility, and leadership.

The main language of instruction is English.

The Center for Women in Business at the Suliman S. Olayan School of Business is dedicated to the societal and organizational advancement of women in the Arab MENA region. The Center is home to various activities and projects that serve its overall objectives. The Center represents the culmination of various efforts dedicated to making ̩��Ʊthe center of knowledge creation and dissemination in regards to women’s development in business, in addition to contributing to the development of organizational cultures that serve that purpose.
