As part of the university commitment to creating a safe educational and work environment, free of discrimination and discriminatory harassment, including sex discrimination and sexual harassment, students and employees of the ̩��ƱCampus and Medical Center are required to complete a mandatory online course/training that aims at raising awareness about behaviors proscribed under AUB's anti-discrimination and sexual harassment policies, and addresses strategies for preventing and responding to sexual misconduct.

The Human Resources departments of the University Campus and Medical Center in collaboration with the Equal Opportunity and Title IX Office offers mandatory discrimination and harassment sensitivity training sessions for ̩��Ʊand AUBMC employees. The training is available in English and Arabic versions.
