    In partnership with the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at ̩Ʊ and the Queen Rania Teacher Academy, the "Teach for the Future" program combines the latest research and best educational practices to provide an innovative and interactive experience. This program opens the door to contemporary and sustainable education, focusing on modern topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Leadership, and use of Social Media tools for Effective Teaching.​ċ

    Admission Requirements:

    The program is open to all participants, with no specific requirements for joining.​

    Program Structure:

    The program currently offers three specialty tracks, each consisting of three modules:

    • When you pass One Module: You will earn 1 point from the "Teach For The Future" Program 

    • When you pass 1 Track of three modules: You will earn 1 badge from the "Teach For The Future" Program 

    • When you pass Two Tracks (6 modules): Core Track + (Track A, B, or C): You will receive the  “Teach For the Future" Certificate

     Modules Description

    Psychology and Social–Emotional Learning
    Dr. May Awaida and Margaret Bassil    		This module offers a comprehensive introduction to students' development, covering physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth. The unit also examines learning difficulties and developmental disorders, such as autism and ADHD, and provides guidance on managing these conditions at school and home.
    AI-Powered Learning: Shaping the Future of Education
    Firas Jdeatawi and Randa Daoud    		AI enhances entrepreneurship education by personalizing learning, providing data-driven insights, facilitating simulations, and fostering collaboration, while also addressing ethical concerns and requiring training for effective integration in curricula.
    Embracing Global Citizenship
    Dr. Hani Hassan    		This module is a journey of exploration and critical reflection that aims to engage and empower learners through understanding and nourishing their roles as active global citizens in an interconnected world, fostering a deeper understanding of global issues, and cultivating a sense of responsibility towards creating a more inclusive and sustainable future.
    Personalized Learning
    Heba Abu Jbarah and Ahlam Abu Al Fer    		This empowering course explores the transformative impact of personalizing education, guiding participants to develop skills for creating personalized learning experiences tailored to each student's unique needs and abilities.
    Unleashing Social Media for Effective Teaching
    Firas Jdeatawi and Fayez Abu Mua'la    		This engaging online module examines the transformative impact of social media on education, guiding participants through a journey to discover innovative ways to integrate social media into teaching and learning.
    Leadership Towards the Future
    Dr. Rima Karami
    		This module aims to upskill educators at all levels, empowering them to lead change in their educational institutions in response to the evolving challenges of the learning environment. It presents practical steps for collaborative work in launching and implementing sustainable improvement initiatives, as well as strategies to address potential challenges these initiatives may encounter.

    Towards a Sustainable Future: Climate Change
    Dr. Joanna Doummar

    		 This module delves into one of the most pressing challenges of our time: climate change. It equips participants with science-based evidence to argue the issue of climate change and need for climate proofing and allows them to develop a toolkit of practical strategies and innovative approaches in renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, water resources, and climate policy and education to build a sustainable future.
    STEAM in Education
    Firas Jdeatawi and Fayez Abu Mua'la    		The STEAM in education course teaches Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics through hands-on learning. It emphasizes the synergy between scientific principles and creative problem-solving to foster innovation and societal benefits.
    An Introduction to the Science of Learning, Memory, and Neuroplasticity
    Dr. Noel Ghanem    		This module is an introductory module to the science of learning and memory that covers the types of thinking and memory. It also outlines the distinct forms of neuroplasticity that operate at the synaptic level as well as the influencing factors and the underpinning cellular and molecular mechanisms. Finally, it summarizes key theoretical and practical concepts used to achieve significant learning in teaching including various methods of assessment and evaluation tools that can be adapted in specific teaching environments.

    هيكلية البرنامج

    يقدم البرنامج حاليًا ثلاث مسارات تخصصيّة، يتألف كل مسار من ثلاث وحدات​:

           -يمكنك الحصول عند الانتهاء من الوحدة على نقطة واحدة من برنامج "علّم للمستقبل"

           -يمكنك الحصول على شارة عند الانتهاء من مسار (المؤلف من ثلاث وحدات)

           -تحصل على الشهادة المهنية لبرنامج "علّم للمستقبل" (المسار الأساسي + (المسار A أو B أو C​)

    		إطلاق العنان لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي من أجل التدريس الفعال: تبحث هذه الوحدة التدريبية الجذابة عبر الإنترنت في التأثير التحويلي لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على التعليم ، وتوجيه المشاركين خلال رحلة لاكتشاف طرق مبتكرة لدمج وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في التعليم والتعلم.

     القيادة التربوية نحو المستقبل

    		يهدف هذا المساق إلى تطوير مهارات التربويين على مختلف المستويات لتمكينهم من قيادة التغيير في مؤسساتهم التربوية استجابةً للمتغيرات والتحديات التي يمكن أن تظهر في بيئة التعلم. ويقدم المساق آلية يمكن اتباعها للعمل بشكل تعاوني لإطلاق وتنفيذ مبادرات تطويرية مستدامة، مع استراتيجيات للتغلب على التحديات التي قد تواجه هذه المبادرات.

      نحو مستقبل مستدام: تغير المناخ

    هذه الدورة تستكشف واحدة من أبرز التحديات في عصرنا: تغير المناخ. تزود المشاركين بالأدلة المستندة إلى العلوم لتناول قضية تغير المناخ والحاجة إلى حماية المناخ، وتتيح لهم تطوير مجموعة من الاستراتيجيات العملية والمناهج المبتكرة في مجالات الطاقة المتجددة والزراعة المستدامة وموارد المياه والسياسات التعليمية المتعلقة بالمناخ لبناء مستقبل مستدام.

       STEAM ستيم في التعليم

    		تقوم وحدة "ستيم" STEAM التعليمية بتدريس العلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة والفنون والرياضيات من خلال التعلم العملي. ويؤكد على التكامل بين المبادئ العلمية وحل المشكلات الإبداعي لتعزيز الابتكار والفوائد المجتمعية.

    مدخل إلى علم التعلم والذاكرة والمرونة العصبية

    		يعد هذا المقرر بمثابة وحدة تمهيدية لعلم التعلم والذاكرة ويغطي أنواع التفكير والذاكرة. كما أنه يوضح الأشكال المتميزة للمرونة العصبية التي تعمل على المستوى التشابكي، و يلخص المفاهيم النظرية والعملية الرئيسية المستخدمة لتحقيق مهام التدريس بما في ذلك طرق التقييم المختلفة وأدوات التقييم التي يمكن تكييفها في بيئات تعليمية محددة.​
