Bio

Research Associate and Curriculum Coordinator at CIBL for Women at the Olayan School of Business at ̩��Ʊ. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology, from ̩��Ʊ. Axelle has been working closely with CIBL’s country partners in the formulation of over 40 policies for inclusive recruitment, retention, and promotion of women. Moreover, through her role as the curriculum coordinator, she has led the development and delivery of CIBL’s mini-certificate programs. Prior to working with CIBL, Axelle has also worked as a consultant on several projects related to training and leadership development in the Arab MENA region.
