The download and use of ̩Ʊ (AUB) logo, faculty logos, and related branded materials (email signature, letterhead, presentation templates, etc.) (hereinafter referred to as “̩ƱBrand Identity”) is restricted to ̩Ʊpersonnel.
Prepared templates (email signature, email template, PowerPoint presentation, and letterhead) can be downloaded and used without prior approval of the Office of Communications if being used by ̩Ʊpersonnel for official university business. However, for any new project, ̩Ʊpersonnel must contact the Office of Communications for guidance on the proper use and display of ̩ƱBrand Identity (university and faculty).
The Office of Communications must approve the use and/or display of the ̩ƱBrand Identity by any third party. To obtain permission, the requestor should obtain prior written approval from the appropriate dean or director authorizing this use, ensure that the third party has been vetted, and then submit a written request to the Office of Communications including details on the nature of the third party and the use. Permissions granted will be for one-time use. Commercial use of the logos is not permitted.ċ

Business Cards and Stationery
As for the new business cards and stationery, kindly follow the usual process by placing a request via the Procurement and Contracts Administration Department in due time.
