The Ì©¹ú²ÊƱMath Summer Camp, organized by the Department of Mathematics, targets high school students in grade 10, 11 and 12.
Morning sessions will be dedicated to learning new concepts in Linear Algebra and Logic. These topics are accessible for grade 10, 11 and 12 students and are also of high relevance for later studies in an university. In the afternoon, after a common lunch, students will explore the significance of mathematics in day-to-day technologies: credits cards, artificial intelligence, board/video gaming, crime solving, GPS, big data, imaging, pandemics, medicine.
Through classes, solving sessions, and fun activities the camp aims to provide the students with the opportunity to catch up and to strengthen their mathematical knowledge, logic and problem-solving skills.
Start date: Monday July 7, 2025
End date: Thursday July 17, 2025
Fees: 500$ (fees include breakfast and lunch). Once accepted in the program, the fees can
settled either online or by paying at the cashier of AUB.
