- ​​​​​Dr. Holly Cooper
An avid researcher, Dr. Cooper most recently has been in Beirut interviewing Carlos Ghosn to understand the cognitive mechanisms that underpin the outlier and Manga Hero´s extraordinary success. Holly´s research spans consumption myths, manaing brand paraodx, AI predicted personality and the impact of artificial intelligence on firm performance. She has extensive experience in qualitative methods, particularly narrative research. She has had her work published in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, European Journal of Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, Psychology & Marketing and the Journal of Marketing Communications, among others. Holly received her PhD at Griffith University in Australia. She previously has worked at Deakin with the Executive Dean as a Research Fellow.

Dr. Harfoush is an accomplished professional with a PhD in Marketing and a teaching position at the Olayan School of Business, American University of Beirut. She fosters an interactive classroom environment that encourages students to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios, developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. As Executive Director of the Undergraduate Program, she has overseen program operations, implemented effective marketing strategies, and provided enriching student experiences.
Mrs. Khauli, a seasoned lecturer at the Olayan School of Business, American University of Beirut, dives into the world of Marketing and Economics across different educational levels. Her passion lies in uncovering how brands navigate digital landscapes in the region and exploring Lebanon's Creative industries. As a Communication Consultant, she partners with top local and regional brands, from FMCG to banking, helping them craft impactful brand strategies. Recently, she's been empowering Beirut's entrepreneurs in the Digital District, guiding them in building their online presence. Mrs. Khauli's expertise extends to conducting engaging workshops on branding and Digital Marketing across Lebanon and the MENA region.
Dr. Hammoud is a communication and media expert with a Ph.D. in communication and media studies. She works as a consultant for NGOs, governmental institutions, and private sector firms in Lebanon, the Gulf Cooperation Council, and Europe. Her research interests include artificial intelligence, language, and digital reputation in new media. Dr. Hammoud provides training in communication, management, and media for various clients in Lebanon and the GCC and is a lecturer at various prestigious universities.
